DOWN Rules

These rules are specifically designed to increase participation among the players. Games last longer, enhance play time, and increase opportunities to win with a few short plays. The official rules of our DOWN tournaments are taken from the original Women’s Dodgeball Tournaments hosted by Jen Ritchie.
